John Booth Interview
Former Arizona Illustrated Executive Producer, John Booth, came out of retirement to help Arizona Public Media digitize our archives. He shares the challenges, delights and shares some of the most memorable and unusual stories that he’s come across.

Sharon Kha
Sharon Kha is a former broadcast journalist and UA public information officer who uses rap to build detours around the failed pathways in the brain caused by Parkinson’s. She attends functions in person and has posted rapping videos on YouTube to help others affected by this devastating disease.

Carlos Ibarra – Living in Scaffolds, Arizona
Painter and muralist Carlos Ibarra shares his path of discovering drawing and painting as a child as well as what he loves about painting his latest mural in the Morley Arts District located in downtown Nogales, Arizona. At times challenged by the natural elements, and always inspired by the passersby, Carlos describes what it’s like to live on the scaffolding where his new “Nogales” mural on Morley Avenue lives. He treasures that public art is an accessible and free way for people to get to know a city like Nogales. As a counterpoint to all the negative stories about border life, the art on Morley shows that there is life, great ideas and many positive things happening at the border!

Canyon State Naturists
Ted Robbins visits the Canyon State Naturist in the Rincon Mountains in this never-before-seen story from our archives.
