How do I get started?

  • Phone Senior Director of Development Enrique Aldana at (520) 621-3808-or email Enrique for additional information on bequests or to discuss the different options for including AZPM in your will or estate plan.
  • Seek the advice of your financial or legal advisor.
  • Should you wish to include AZPM in your will, the following language may assist you and your attorney: "I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath ____ (a percentage of the residue of your estate, specific dollar amount, or a specific asset such as a bank account, stock, or real estate) to The University of Arizona Foundation for the benefit of AZPM. This bequest shall be unrestricted and shall be used by AZPM for such purpose(s) and at such times(s) as the CEO of AZPM may determine in his or her sole discretion.”

Become a member of the Legacy Society

Leaving AZPM in your estate plans is a very meaningful gesture. To ensure that your intentions are met will you let us know if you're including Arizona Public Media in your estate plans? Your future intention - whether a specific dollar amount, percentage of your estate, a beneficiary designation of your retirement asset or life insurance, or other assets such as stock or real estate - will impact public media programs for future generations.
