Final days of CD8 race, Rio Nuevo board turnover, City Council code of conduct

Tonight's topics:

-- Closing arguments in the CD8 race. Included will be discussion of the weekend campaign appearance by Gabrielle Giffords, campaigning for Democrat Ron Barber, who is running against Republican Jesse Kelly.

-- Turnover on the Rio Nuevo Board, with chair Jodi Bain and member Rick Grinnell making way for appointees favored by state Senate President Steve Pierce.

-- The Tucson City Council working on a possible code of conduct in the wake of accusations pressed against Democratic Councilman Paul Cunningham about his drink-induced behavior in a hotel bar on a TREO and city economic development trip to San Diego.
